Annual holiday giving project benefiting Voices for Children Baltimore County (formerly CASA) - For 12 years, OWLS members have come together to bring joy, dignity, and a little extra magic to children and young families during the holiday season. Thanks to your generosity, we’ve provided gifts for more than 1,000 children over the years and this year, we’re continuing that tradition.  This year we are helping 43 Children/Families!
